I'm a college football player at Rice University, where discipline, consistency, and hard work aren't optional — they're life. Before Rice, I played at Nebraska, where I learned what it really takes to push past your limits.

Football has taught me more than physical strength — it's built my mental toughness, my confidence, and my belief in myself. That's why I created V Tape Fitness: to help others build their dream bodies the right way.

This program isn't just about looking better. It's about feeling stronger from the inside out, developing confidence that carries into every area of your life.
